Do you give estimates over the phone?
For most jobs, yes — tell us what the door is doing and we can usually put a flat number on it before we drive out. For new door installation we measure on site first, because headroom and backroom decide the hardware.
Can you repair my door or do I need a new one?
Most doors can be repaired, and we'd rather fix yours than sell you one. The line we use: if the repair costs more than about half a new door, or you've paid for three repairs in two years, replacement is the cheaper road. We'll quote both and let you choose.
Which garage door and opener brands do you service?
All the common ones. Doors from Clopay, Amarr, Wayne Dalton, Overhead Door, Raynor, C.H.I. and Haas, and openers from LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Genie, Craftsman, Linear, Marantec and Overhead Door.
